With a degree in marketing and communications from the University of Tasmania and training in graphic design, Bonnie has a broad understanding of the industry and the ability to provide clients with a truly integrated communications approach.
Bonnie worked closely with the Font team during her time as a Public Relations Assistant at Ten Days on the Island in 2015, where she honed her writing and media event management skills and developed a passion for the creative industries.
Since joining Font, Bonnie has worked across a range of clients and successful campaigns, taking responsibility for content creation, social media management, strategy development, advertising and media relations.
She has been committed to a career in communications since her time at university, where she completed a marketing internship with Ten Days on the Island and work placement with Font PR, setting her up for a successful start in the industry.
Prior to joining the consultant team, Bonnie spent a year living and learning abroad in New York, giving her global perspective as well as the ability to communicate across language and cultural barriers.
Upon returning home to Tasmania and inspired by the state’s evolving creative community, Bonnie recently completed a Certificate III in Graphic Design at Foundry, where she gained skills and knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, allowing her to enhance traditional forms of communication as well as produce more contemporary communications concepts.
